Shipping destination

Sterlinghouse currently ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost and service

Standard Shipping is free on 100% of eligible U.S. orders. No minimum order value is required.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. After processing, Standard Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, weather, high order volume, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order ships. Tracking activity can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact contact@sterlinghouse.shop as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us with your order number. For an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photographs.
