Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact contact@sterlinghouse.shop before sending any item. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our corporate address unless our support team instructs you to do so.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of a return package.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@sterlinghouse.shop with your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, items marked final sale, and items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item or size is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at contact@sterlinghouse.shop.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
